The home must be completely vacant with power connected; generator cost applies if there is no power, this includes planned power outages. Power is a necessity.
Running hot water required - The clean is comprised if we do not have hot water, therefore extra time is required. Additional cost will incur.
We only dispose of rubbish associated to the clean and that can be placed in a rubbish bag. Household belongings or hard rubbish left behind will be charged for removal.
We do not cover the following unless previously stated and quoted for. Complete wall washing, ceiling cleaning, extensive mould removal, curtain cleaning, external house cleaning, and rubbish removal.
Soiled carpets & odours from pets will require additional cost to remove. We reserve the right to void our work guarantee that requires your bond back if you have kept inside pets, such as Cats & Dogs. Whilst we work hard to remove all pet hair from carpets in the home, we cannot guarantee the complete removal 100% of the time.
If the house is extremely dirty due to medium-long term non cleaning, then additional deeper clean costs will be required to complete the clean unless we are notified prior and allocated in quote - Put quite simply, if you have not cleaned your home throughout your tenancy and expect us to bring it back to a standard that will get you your bond back, we cannot guarantee our work at times. We consider our work of a high standard & detailed, though we are not magicians! Close to though! If these conditions are compromised, or you have a budget that does not meet our quote, we can do our best to work within your budget, but without the guarantee of the high standard required to meet your rental agent's final inspection and bond returned.
We do not hold quotes and attentive booking dates for longer than 5 days.
